The Halong Bay Journey departs on even days.

Morning

8:15 - 8:45: If you have booked the transfer service (for an extra fee), a driver will pick you up at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quater and drive you to Halong. There will be a short break around 15 minutes midway for refreshments.

11:30 - 12:30: You reach the cruise waiting lounge at Tuan Chau Marina, where you do the check-in process. Later, travel to Grand Pioneers Cruise via a transfer boat and start your journey in Halong Bay.

Enjoy your welcome drink upon getting on board then listen to the itinerary and safety policies. After that, guests move to the Dining by the Bay restaurant to have a nice lunch before preparing for the onward trip.

Afternoon

The transfer boat and the cruise staff will take you to one of the largest caves in Halong Bay - Sung Sot Cave. With its massive size and outstanding rock formations, this place is regarded as one of the most stunning attractions for travelers. For a pleasant excursion, you may wear comfortable shoes and bring light packages.

For guests who stay on board, you can make use of the vessel's 5-star services: spa, 4-season pool, cigar lounge, kid club, etc.

After the cave trip, return to the main boat and enjoy the best moment of the day as the sun slowly dips into the horizon, painting the whole bay with a stunning orange hue. Let's choose for yourself some Canapé and enjoy fresh drinks at the Sky Bar.

Tantalize your taste buds with a deluxe dinner at the luxurious restaurant, which was carefully picked and cooked by professional chefs. Feel free to join recreational activities after your meal: singing karaoke, trying squid fishing, relaxing at the wine lounge, having a massage treatment,...

Morning

You can wake up early to catch the glorious sunrise across Halong Bay and take some photos. Or else, start your day by taking a Tai Chi Class or working out at the gym to get ready for the day. Later, enjoy a light breakfast at the restaurant.

From the anchor point at Titop, guests get on the day boat and start the memorable trip to less-visited areas of the heritage bay.

We get to Trinh Nu Cave and Trong (Drum) Cave, a pair of caves related to a sad but romantic legend. Travelers can explore the area by kayak and sightsee the magnificent and pristine beauty of the bay. Later, you can refresh by taking a dip in the cool emerald water and blending into the calm atmosphere (if the weather permits).

Return to the day boat around noon to refill your energy with a warm lunch and indulge in exquisite flavors from many cuisines.

Afternoon

You will visit the Pearl Farming Center & Exhibition as the next destination. Here, you will have an excursion to see and learn about the pearl farming process and then witness the finely crafted products.

It is time to chill out on the day boat before we get back to the main ship. You may leisurely sit back and enjoy an afternoon tea party in the peaceful and romantic setting of the bay.

Next, guests will be back on Grand Pioneers. There are various activities you can join before dinner, such as swimming in the pool, having a massage, drinking during the sunset party, etc.

Evening

Experience a high-class dinner at the restaurant with a selection of exquisite Western and Vietnamese dishes. Then, you may relax at your own pace: try squid fishing, have cocktails at the bar, sing karaoke, and more.

Morning

Start your day full of energy with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck or you can exercise at the gym. Later, enjoy a light breakfast with tea and coffee.

The transfer boat will take you to the attraction for today's activity - Luon Cave. Located on the Northeastern part of Bo Hon Island, this wet cave and the surrounding area are one of the best spots for kayaking. If you don't want to kayak, you can choose the rowing boat to explore this area leisurely. 

Around 9:30, guests will return on board to check out at the reception desk on the first floor. As the cruise ship slowly navigates back to the mainland, enjoy your last meal on board, which is the brunch buffet.

10:45 - 11:00: We disembark from the cruise and get to the Grand Pioneers Lounge. You may sit back and relax while waiting for your transportation for the next journey.

Afternoon

A driver will take you back to Hanoi Old Quarter from Tuan Chau Marina (for those who booked the transfer service, extra fee needed). Drop off at your hotel around 14:30 - 14:45 and mark the end of your trip.
